Terms and Conditions

The rates reflect the total cost of the vacation rental. You may occupy up to the maximum occupancy listed, which is the available beds in the condominium. This is a family orientated residential development and children are welcome.

This is a non-smoking condo. Smoking is permitted outside on the balcony only. Pets are not allowed. We do not rent to spring or summer breakers or to groups of adults under the age of 25 under any circumstances.
 

Security Deposit

A security deposit of $1,000.00 USD is required to book this condo. This security deposit will be charged to client's credit card and refunded no more than 48 hours after check out provided we receive the condo in the same condition in which it was delivered. Any damage to the condo or missing items will be subject to additional honorarium.
